They are a cheat and a fraudster. My review is particularly based on the Dak and Goot repair they did for my ex. owners, I bought the house from them. Please do not take any other services from them. I had a massive roof leakage and as they had done the repair for the ex. owners i called on them and they were really horrible. They also charged me to tell me that the goot cleaning was the cause when it was due to bad roofing they had done in 2019. Also they charged me as someone came to check and gave me the wrong conclusion, guess what i paid for a CV ketel guy to came to check why there is a leakage from my roof and i still had to pay for it! really pathetic experience.

I should have read these reviews before working with this company. I had a similar experience with many people who made negative comments. They sent me an invoice for a higher amount than the quoted amount, even though they did not do all the work we agreed on in the quote. What's more, they sent someone to connect a temporary gas pipe to my house without informing me and informed me via email that the process was illegal and had additional costs. I think this action is completely unethical. Luckily, I hadn’t accepted the service.. Now they are requesting an additional fee for the work. They even did less works than what we agreed on the quote. I'm waiting for them to correct the invoice and send it to me.

First and last time we used this company. The maintenance was decent, but they charge 55euro voorrijkosten while we live less than 10 minutes away. They did not mention this upfront.

Bad business people! They didn't finish the job. I had to hire a last minute another company. It was November and I had no heating with a 2 years old in the house. Terrible! They even charged for an outlet plug that I purchased myself (because they din't bring one). Overcharged me for working hours. Brought the wrong equipment. You know all of this can happen. We are human and can make mistakes! But the worse is that two months later, they still didn't change the invoice and send me a reminder to pay the first invoice. They don't reply to my emails, where I explain why to change the invoice to the correct amount. Then everytime I call, I have to explain over and over again why to change the amount in the invoice. On the phone they say, they will deal with it but they never do and keep sending the same invoice. I am pretty sure, they will send me another invoice reminder and probably with a fee of delay payment. It is very unprofessional, very unhuman, very unhelpful! They are not interested in helping. But they do like overcharging. I would pay with pleasure and very fast for the work they did. Please remove the stopcontact from the invoice. Please charge the right amount of hours. Please bring me back my equipment you took. Please change the amount in the invoice to the correct one.

Very slow to respond to emails. Very poor administration department, they keep sending invoice reminders long after you inform them that their invoice was for a mistake, eg. for CV repairs done under warranty. The actual workers are OK but expensive.
