Good, thorough and fast contact with Michiel from Team Gasloos. We had quite a few parties visit us to draw up a quote for an all-electric heat pump. In the end, we went for Team Gasloos because of their personal and professional approach and the fair price. After the quote was approved, the work could take place after a few weeks. Michiel visited us again for the installation to record the final details. The installation itself also went very smoothly. The entire project was completed after a day and a half. Very satisfied with the result! If we were to make our next home more sustainable, we would definitely go for Team Gasloos again!

Sustainability was immediately included during the renovation. Good advice from the Gasloos team about the ins and outs of heat pumps. Our wishes were central. We wanted a boiler tank that was not too large and yet always had hot water. The advice at the time was a slightly larger heat pump in terms of capacity. No regrets! We always have hot water. Even showering and bathing at the same time still provides plenty of HOT water. Installing underfloor heating throughout the entire house (all floors) also went quickly and the number of groups and rooms that could possibly be heated separately later were considered. In short, fast, good and expert advice and installation!

Our experiences with Team Gasloos are very mixed. We received good advice for the installation of our underfloor heating. That's why we chose this company. But many things went wrong during its implementation. The floor was estimated incorrectly, which meant that the milling could not take place at the first appointment, a concrete milling company had to be urgently hired and our tiling company had to postpone their work for a whole week (and we were left with an uninhabitable living room for an extra week). The second milling appointment lasted three whole days instead of more than one day because our floor is made of very hard concrete (apparently that can happen). However, Team Gasloos had not provided for the disposal of the concrete slush. We had to quickly come up with a solution for this (eleven mortar tubs in the garden). Fortunately, Team Gasloos came to pick it up immediately when the cutters were ready. There was an error in the quotation for the underfloor heating: there was an oxidizing part in the installation, while they advised us to opt for all-plastic with a view to cooling, which we did. Fortunately, I noticed this myself in the quotation and the installation was delivered properly. The invoice was 450 euros excl. VAT higher due to the incorrectly estimated floor. We received good advice to route the pipe to the underfloor heating connection through the house differently, via a fast route. We asked how much that was. An estimate of 200 euros was made, which we thought was not too bad. In the quotation that was drawn up after the underfloor heating had been installed, the construction of this route turned out to be more than 4 times as expensive as estimated during our inspection interview. If requested, the pump would require a few tens of euros in electricity per year. It turns out that's seventy euros. Fortunately, we discovered that there is a device that fits this pump and ensures that it does not have to run continuously and therefore causes much less noise pollution in the house and costs much less energy. We wanted a new radiator in the bathroom because our old one only got warm at the top. We signed a quotation with a radiator with flow tube and a description that this would solve this problem. Unfortunately, a radiator without a flow tube was installed and we had to talk to Team Gasloos again. Fortunately, the flow tube was placed after a week and a half. The underfloor heating works well, the pipes are neatly installed and the bathroom radiator gets warm. So the work was done well and we are satisfied with the type of underfloor heating connection and its location in the house. But we were not exactly happy with the financial surprises - a total of more than 1250 euros - and the practical problems in carrying out these jobs.

Received good advice during the inspection, also thought along with the wish for quick installation. Professional fitters and excellent installation. Heat pump installed in 2 days and advice given about maintenance. Even thought along about bathroom renovation, at points where we got stuck. When the software caused some problems, they came by again to install the wifi module and they monitor the system remotely. If there is anything, they contact you to track down any problems. It helps to do some work in advance, so that they can start immediately. This could include making space, digging a hole so that they can quickly drill into the crawl space, etc. Had a very good experience with the installation of the heat pump.

Get off the gas with Team Gasloos. Solar panels, underfloor heating, convectors and a heat pump. All accomplished within a few weeks.
