Na aanleg alle installaties en jarenlang onderhoud willen ze niet meer onderhoud doen. Reageren ook niet op mails, belletjes en zelfs een bezoek. Hoe laat je je klanten in de koud staan.

I've had two bad experiences with them. The first time, I needed a radiator replaced. First, they were late. Second, the technician didn't have the necessary materials, so he had to come back the next day, which meant I had to leave work early. (That also cost me money.) The second bad experience was with the maintenance of my boiler. It had to be done through them again because I live in an apartment building where these kinds of things are determined by the homeowners' association (VvE). I called to make an appointment. I explained that because I'm self-employed, every time I take time off or leave early, it costs me a lot of money, so I wanted an appointment as late as possible in the afternoon. Well, at 3:30 PM. I made an appointment. I left early, and by 3:15 PM I was home and waited until 3:45 PM, but no one was there. So I called the Vetim Group, and the person said he'd forgotten to schedule it. He said in an unprofessional and unserious voice that he could reschedule my appointment. I then told him I'd come home early specifically for this appointment, which would cost me a lot of money. The next appointment would mean I'd have to take time off early again, which would cost me more. He then said, "Yes, sorry, I forgot to schedule it. It happens, but there's nothing I can do about it. Do you want a different appointment or not?" I was very angry. It happens; it's all human nature, but the way they still talk about it and look at it is unacceptable to me. So if you can decide for yourself, never use the Vetim Group!

When our central heating boiler stopped working completely, we contacted our homeowners' association. She called in Vetim for the repair. Fortunately, Vetim arrived quickly. My friend stayed home for the repairs. The mechanic was busy when my friend asked: approximately how much will this repair cost? Our central heating boiler was already 12 years old and will need to be replaced soon. The technician's answer was: only the head office knows this. This in itself is very strange, why can't a technician give an indication of the costs? A technician should at least be able to advise whether or not to replace the boiler!! My friend left it at that, because yes, the central heating boiler had to be repaired anyway, since we were without hot water. We then received an invoice for almost 700 euros (!!!). We are very shocked. With this amount, among other things, we were able to purchase a new central heating boiler. I called Vetim, they said nothing more could be done. It would only be passed on to the technicians that this is not neat. I then filed an appeal to which I simply received no response for several weeks. Ultimately I received a proposal: either we would get 90 euros back (what is this for an amount of almost 700 euros?!) or we would get a new central heating boiler and then the amount of 700 euros would be settled. In the end we opted for the second. Eventually the technician came to replace the boiler and immediately started cursing when he saw our storage room. The space was too tight. That's right. The technician then asked for a number of items, including a stool or ladder, which we did not have. The technician also reacted irritated about this. My friend even offered to go get something, but he was completely ignored. I'm glad the kettle is finally hanging. But what incredibly bad service!!!

Had a very bad experience. Recent maintenance carried out on central heating and extraction box. After maintenance, I noticed that the siphon at the central heating had not been cleaned (it was black with dirt). Had to call several times to make an appointment. After 3 days the same technician finally came by. His 2nd sentence was 'you doubt my work'. The tone was set and the same gentleman thundered through my home. After some discussion (where he indicated that I should just look for another company) and manners, he stormed back down the stairs, falling a few steps. After this bizarre encounter with the mechanic, I contacted the company. The employee on the phone did not get any further than 'I was not there'. Both the arrogant attitude of the technician and the laconic attitude of the office staff made me decide to cancel my maintenance subscription. They radiate the feeling that you need them. Fortunately, there are more players in this market.
