I am very disappointed in this company. On the advice of the homeowners' association, I hired this company and had contact with them several times. Ultimately, we made an agreement that if the maintenance was not that exciting, I could still sign a contract with them and the invoice I would receive would be cancelled. A day in advance I received a call that the appointment had to be rescheduled and a day later the technician was almost two hours late. Fortunately, he was ready within half an hour/forty-five minutes. This was not yet a problem for me, but when I received the invoice more than two weeks later, I saw that the technician had charged 1.5 hours. And the agreement that I had previously made and discussed several times with the company no longer applied. I initially refused to pay the full amount due to the above, but the company did not agree to this. In the end you always get the short end of the stick and just have to pay. I would have liked to give five stars, but now I have no choice but to give it a big inadequate rating.

We had to have the radiator valve repaired. They first had to come and see what type of crane it is so that the technician could bring the right tools. Sounds plausible. The technician eventually comes to repair the tap and does not have the correct key with him. Can happen! Then we called Schreuder again to have our boiler inspected. This costs x amount. Technician comes by and had to replace something 'but no problem, this is standard'. That standard cost an additional €150. After this inspection, our boiler was defective because it had become completely clogged. Have now had a new boiler installed by another company. No, our experiences are not that positive.

HangBelly BBQ was allowed to provide the bbq 🍔 and pizzas 🍕 during the combined family day of Schreuder, Nooter and Wesko, all three part of the VDK group. It was a great fun party 🥳 What great companies, what nice people!
