Our advice: stay away from these people. They think it's normal for things to still be broken after repairs! And if you don't pay immediately because you want to discuss it first, they immediately threaten to send debt collection agencies! A technician inspected our boiler. It was leaking, and the house was being sold, so this had to be resolved. We mentioned this to the technician when we made the appointment. The technician inspected the boiler and concluded that the three-way valve was the problem. When we inquired, he indicated that this was the only possible cause. Therefore, we decided to have the valve replaced. Shortly after leaving, the boiler was leaking again. During a second visit, the technician indicated that the hydroblock needed replacing at a cost of €500. This was obvious because many areas had been taped off where there shouldn't have been. When we inquired, it turned out this had also been noted the first time. We refused and requested a meeting with the company because the initial repair was ineffective and the technician should have known there might be more problems (after all, the tape had been seen the first time). The meeting was rejected, and we received an email stating that the technician had performed well and that it's normal for a repair to not be completed after one visit. We were also told that if we didn't pay soon, a debt collection agency would be sent to us. In short, an extremely unfriendly company that doesn't take complaints seriously and immediately threatens. Our advice: stay away from these people; they consider it normal for things to still be broken after repairs!

Months ago, I asked them to install a dishwasher. The quote took a long time to prepare, and then I had to wait months for them to install it. Now they're canceling again today because they said no technician would be available. I had requested leave to be home for this, but they're ignoring it. I understand that it's a bit difficult to be everywhere all the time during the coronavirus pandemic, but this is taking far too long for a simple job.

Appointment made for cleaning the pipes for the extraction system. We will let you know how it went, follow-up will come, in the meantime the pipes have been cleaned and checked for extraction power. Neatly arranged and good service from suurmijer. Thanks for the service
