I wouldn't recommend anyone to wait eight weeks for a quote. And then to pick up your returned window. I wanted to talk to him, but the guy was too cowardly to confront him. The window was left on the doorstep. Mr. de Jong was nowhere to be seen. I gave him every opportunity. But that's no way to treat customers. Unfortunately. You deserve this review. Heer de Jong comes across as a professional; thinks along well and agreed after the visit that a quote will be sent by email (day or 2). Then things go wrong. Don't get anything, so call. After several calls and text messages, we were contacted. "I'll call back later." Not happening. Then a number of text messages saying "not available at the moment" "call back soon for an appointment". Even after writing an email (hr de Jong indicates on his voicemail that his telephone is not tapped and requests an email / text message) no response. Get the feeling that you are dealing with a professional who is administratively and commercially clueless. I am putting this review on the site to warn you; Now that I have "met" I would not do business with this man again. Really bad!

Since February 18, 2022, a storm has been raging in the Netherlands. It's also affecting Amstelveen. Our house, the roof tiles having been blown loose by the wind, are perilously lying on the roof. Even climbing onto the roof is extremely dangerous. We sent the De Jong family a WhatsApp message and received a call back within half an hour. They were extremely busy because of the storm but were going to tour Amstelveen. They also took our house with them. And if they can repair it right away, they will. And they did.
