Worthless company. The first inspection did not go well, so we had a 2nd inspection (in December 2023) and took an unpaid day off for this. Then everything was mapped out and that the fiber optic cable did not reach the door. It was all no problem. Fiber optic would finally be connected on March 19, 2024. So again I took a free (unpaid) day for this. Saw technicians (at the neighbors), but unfortunately they went home at 12:00 (nice and short day). Then I emailed SPIE Nederland at 3:45 PM to see if those technicians would come back... What turns out? Is there something wrong with their system?!?!?! Also after the 2nd inspection. Fiber optic is not connected. Well, excuses that are of absolutely NO use to you. This has already cost me two unpaid days. And for what? Nothing, nada, noppes. Worthless service. Keeping people on a leash a bit. I have been working with Delta and SPIE Netherlands since July/August to get fiber optic installed, but both parties are completely failing to fulfill their agreements and are making serious mistakes. It is now more than enough. At this rate, I might have a fiber optic connection in 2030, but even then I would be too positive, I fear, if it were up to SPIE Netherlands and Delta... Really too scandalous for words. If you are not at home, you will immediately receive an invoice because you do not keep your appointment. But the other way around? Nothing to worry about. It's all possible at SPIE Netherlands. Even 1 star is one star too many as a rating.

Worthless company, does not value its own staff.

What a WORTHLESS company. It's a shame you can't give these companies less than one star. They send Romanians and Yugoslavians to lay the cables. Then, when you want to discuss it with them, because you don't want to damage the newly installed paving, you're cursed and insulted as if it were nothing. This is truly unheard of!
