Great collaboration! What started with a small leak turned out to be a much bigger problem (we discovered this thanks to JACO's leak detection). Fortunately, JACO helped us professionally, explained the steps to be taken and made a balanced quotation. After approval, we entered into a pleasant collaboration process with a clear planning and very pleasant staff! They were all hard workers who continued to communicate clearly and left the workplace tidy after each working day (including vacuuming, etc.). JACO also supported us with sanitary suggestions, but always with our wishes in mind. The result is impressive and we will enjoy it for years to come! Thanks for all the good care!!

Due to water leakage from a wall in our home, we had a moisture assessment carried out by JACO to determine where the problem was located. After telephone contact, someone was able to come by the next day to carry this out. Thank you for the fast service, good verbal explanation and the delivery of the report with findings at short notice.

What a great contractor. We wanted a new bathroom (and some maintenance on the toilets and boiler). We could not reach an agreement with a previous contractor. We googled and found Jaco. From the start, the contact was pleasant and transparent. Their corporate identity is such that even the invoice puts a grin on your face. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Occasionally something went wrong, or plans threatened to overrun, but communication always remained good and pleasant. Now we have a new central heating boiler and a beautiful bathroom. Showering and brushing teeth together is now a pleasure. The workers are all nice and correct and people to whom you can hand over your key with confidence. We definitely recommend Jaco and would love to come back to them next time!

Unfortunately, my experience with this company was less positive due to the lack of clarity surrounding the invoice. The total amount did not match my own calculations, and I requested an itemized invoice to gain insight into the costs. The costs for me are outside per portion. 170.- per hour. Despite my request, there remained a large difference between the amount invoiced and what I expected based on the hours worked, travel costs and materials. It also turned out that a previously paid amount had been charged again, which is not correct. I appreciate the work done, but my advice would be to look elsewhere. There are cheaper alternatives.

I had a newly purchased house and a problem with the underfloor heating. Where "others" had no time. These men immediately jumped into action. The mechanic Michael is great! Hard worker, skilled and you can also laugh with him. Rogier, who set out all the lines, assisted me with advice and action. In the evening a problem with the rental boiler. And Rogier was on the line before the breakdown service. I am more than pleased with how these people work. In 2024 you will be seen more often as just another customer. But here you are really heard and genuinely helped. 100 points!
