Today, July 4, 2025, I, Mrs. L Pessireron Metiarij, Boomberg 122, Capelle aan den IJssel, was supposed to have a new kitchen countertop installed and the shower clinging by contractor Treijtel, on behalf of Havensteder. Marc and Kevin were here around 09:00. Within an hour I received a beautiful new countertop and the shower clinging was done. Many thanks Marc and Kevin for doing everything so quickly and neatly. This company, well, it's a good thing there's enough wood in the world, otherwise people wouldn't grow any more. They promise all sorts of things and there are really poorly qualified people working there. It's really sad. They've been working on overdue maintenance for three years now. And it's getting worse and worse. They do work that shouldn't be done. And they don't do what should be done. And then they tell the housing association they work for that everything has been done. Update: They were only supposed to grind out the joints, but they demolished the whole thing. Now I have a leak and the main tap is off. They were supposed to come on December 29. The contractor's response via the housing association I just spoke to the contractor and I was told the following: The repair appointment for today will be cancelled. It is not considered urgent at this time. They said: as long as you don't use the hot water tap, you won't have any problems with leaks. So first of all, apologies for any confusion about the appointment. I've been without water for two days now. Bunglers.
