I had my bathroom renovated by JK Bouwtechniek, and I am extremely pleased with the result! From the first contact, communication was smooth and clear. Chris and Cyril thought along with us about our wishes from the start and provided a clear quote. I really liked the fact that I provided the design and sanitary materials myself, which was no problem for JK Bouwtechniek. They made sure that everything was perfectly executed according to my wishes. They were also very careful in choosing the grout colour and the tile profiles, which perfectly matched the tiles I supplied. What gave me extra confidence was that Chris and Cyril did everything themselves, without using subcontractors or freelancers. This ensured streamlined communication and consistent high quality throughout the entire project. The renovation was delivered neatly within the agreed period of 3 to 4 weeks, and the craftsmanship is unparalleled. The attention to detail is impressive: the lines of the grout are perfect, the tiles are neatly placed and the sealant edges look beautiful. During the renovation we encountered some extra work, which they handled without any problems. Even after delivery their service proved to be excellent: a small internal leak was fixed within two hours of reporting, and later they came back to replace a sealant edge that did not adhere properly. Ik heb mijn badkamer laten verbouwen door JK Bouwtechniek, en ik ben ontzettend tevreden met het resultaat! Vanaf het eerste contact verliep de communicatie soepel en helder. Chris en Cyril dachten vanaf het begin goed mee over onze wensen en leverden een duidelijke offerte aan. Zeer prettig vond ik dat ik zelf het ontwerp en de sanitairmaterialen heb aangedragen, wat voor JK Bouwtechniek geen enkel probleem was. Ze zorgden ervoor dat alles perfect werd uitgevoerd volgens mijn wensen. Daarbij waren ze ook zeer zorgvuldig in het kiezen van de voegkleur en de tegelprofielen, die perfect bij de door mij aangeleverde tegels pasten. Wat mij extra vertrouwen gaf, was dat Chris en Cyril alles zelf uitvoerden, zonder gebruik te maken van onderaannemers of zzp’ers. Dit zorgde voor een gestroomlijnde communicatie en een consistente hoge kwaliteit gedurende het hele project. De verbouwing werd keurig binnen de afgesproken termijn van 3 tot 4 weken opgeleverd, en het vakmanschap is ongekend. Het oog voor detail is indrukwekkend: de lijnen van het voegwerk zijn perfect, de tegels zijn strak geplaatst en de kitranden zien er prachtig uit. Tijdens de verbouwing stuitten we op wat extra werk, dat zij zonder problemen oppakten. Zelfs na oplevering bleek hun service uitstekend: een kleine interne lekkage werd binnen twee uur na melding verholpen, en later kwamen ze terug om een kitrand te vervangen die niet goed hechtte. Ik heb de samenwerking met Chris en Cyril als zeer prettig ervaren en kan JK Bouwtechniek van harte aanbevelen aan iedereen die een badkamerverbouwing (of een andere verbouwing) overweegt!
