Koelplan Airconditioning Zuid-Oost B.V.

2 years ago I had 2 air conditioners installed by cooling plan. Really, everything without any problems, friendly and knowledgeable technician. However, after 2 years it turned out that one of the air conditioners no longer contained any coolant according to the technician, this is covered by the installation warranty and that is only valid for 1 year, so unfortunately for me. I called with cooling plan to ask if someone wanted to take a look at it because I don't think it would be appropriate to have refrigerant added every 2 years. But unfortunately I haven't heard anything about cooling plan, this service is a bit less. M fri gr G vd Horst Herkenbosch.

We are very grateful to Koelplan Zuid-Oost for the good service. We were stuck with a defective air conditioner from another company. This company was not at home. Koelplan sent a technician to see if the defective air conditioner could still be repaired, unfortunately the majority was defective. We bought a new air conditioner from Koelplan Zuid-Oost, which was installed. The technicians did a good job and explained to us how everything works. We are very grateful to Koelplan Zuid-Oost for this help. Thanks to the entire Koelplan Team.

A correction to an earlier review that turned out to be unjustified. This company gave an indication as agreed and sent a neatly detailed quote almost immediately. Unfortunately, something seems to have gone wrong with the email. For some reason, the email is not traceable. We had a quote made on the advice of a good friend who was very satisfied. Too bad... better luck next time! We thank Koelplan for taking the trouble to send copies of the quote so that the error could possibly be traced.
