A few years ago, I had air conditioning installed, and the service and installation were fantastic. Nothing to complain about. Later, I called for maintenance, which was a major disappointment. The first time, I didn't bring a ladder to check and maintain the outdoor unit. The second time, the technician didn't know the first thing about it. He did dust the outside of the indoor unit with a cloth and said he would check the electrical wiring later. I visited the shop, which was then located in Urk, and agreed with the owner that the maintenance would be done again, and this time properly. I also immediately scheduled a quote for a heat pump installation, which was due at the end of 2024. Due to the subsidy, it was quickly arranged. The owner came by promptly, but the quote took a very long time to arrive. While urgency was required due to the subsidy, that had been clearly discussed.
