Perfectly arranged installation of two indoor units and an outdoor unit from Daikin. The technicians actively contributed to devising solutions to assemble everything as neatly as possible and out of sight as much as possible. Contact with the technicians and Bart was extremely pleasant.

Na een enthousiast artikel in Rondom Vandaag over Airco Techniek Friesland hebben we Bart uitgenodigd voor een informatief gesprek over airco in ons appartement. In het gesprek bleek hij een prettige vakman die meerdere opties voorstelde, ook i.v.m. toekomstige uitbreiding en ons uitlegde welke factoren invloed hebben op het ontwerp. Gekozen voor twee buitenunits en 3 maal Daikin Perfera. De (gespecificeerde!) offerte was zeer duidelijk. Voor de uitvoering zijn twee monteurs 1,5 dag bij ons aan het werk geweest. Deze mensen weten waar ze mee bezig zijn, doen eerst een gezamenlijke verkenningsronde met de opdrachtgever en gaan voortvarend aan de slag. Maar bij cruciale beslissingen is er altijd even overleg en de afwerking is tot in detail verzorgd. Stofzuiger altijd paraat en daarnaast gewoon goed en prettig contact. Tenslotte een keurige oplevering met instructie. In het artikel stond de quote: “we willen er altijd een tien van maken”. Wat ons betreft is dat bij deze installatie helemaal gelukt.

We found the front desk, work preparation and installation engineers from the company that supplied and installed our Daikin hybrid heat pump: -extremely customer-friendly; - actively thinking along with us based on great expertise; -reliable in adhering to agreements made; -flexible in collaboration with the installers of the company that simultaneously worked from the meter cupboard on an expansion of our solar power installation (with an Enphase Energy System to optimize the use of solar energy). Replacing the central heating boiler with the indoor unit in a very tight cupboard space and connecting the outdoor unit of the hybrid heat pump was a particularly complicated job. As a client you should not underestimate something like this. Awarding the contract to any installer is asking for trouble. Cherish the professionals, as long as they are there!
