Purchased in 2022. Constantly had malfunctions. During the summer months in '22 had a malfunction: never able to cool. During the winter months '22-'23 had a malfunction. Sat in the cold with the children for months. (We thought that going off the gas was a smart idea). On and off malfunctions for long periods. In the end, the system was not in use for almost three quarters of a year. Then we sent a notice of default for the fact that we had been sold a defective product, and the demand to resolve this within a certain period, or else legal action. The supplier then resolved it within the set period, and it turned out that we had indeed been given a defective product. But they then sent us a bill of 500-600 euros for the annual service contract, while the device had been off for almost a year (!!), and the problem had been resolved within the warranty period (!!). I then angrily sent an angry email and cancelled the contract. I recently apologized for this and looked into whether there was still an option for cooperation. Rejected. In hindsight, we should never have started this. Regret. Now closing via this route. Looking for another party to continue working with.

Worthless! 1 star is 1 too many - Poor installation and air conditioning did not work from the start. From the day of installation by Airo Team, our air conditioning has been causing problems. It functioned downright poorly. It is incredibly frustrating that we have had to deal with poorly functioning air conditioning for a year. Ultimately, after a visit from an external maintenance company, it turned out that the air conditioning software was not set up correctly. Only after they reset the software did the air conditioning start working properly. The most disappointing thing is the reaction of Airo Team itself. They initially indicated that the problem was indeed in the programming. However, twice they have refused to reset the software! This shows an unprofessional attitude and a lack of service orientation. My advice: don't do business with Airo Team. The poor installation and unwillingness to resolve issues cost us a lot of time, money and frustration. An absolute must!

I think this is a very bad company that doesn't prioritize customer service. They sell you an air conditioner with a nice sales pitch, but they don't respond to maintenance and service requests. After numerous email and phone calls, the owner yells at you and says he has other things to do. Think before you leap... Very clever of the owner, Wilko, to say he doesn't recognize us in the system...

Today had air conditioning installed to cool and heat. Meant a new meter cupboard, spraying and of course the air conditioning installation. The coordination, planning, execution and communication are top! Really neat work and delivery!
