RW-Airconditioning

We had two split airco units installed in our renovated farmhouse. I struggled for a year to find a company with reasonable prices, certified installers and decent reviews. Many companies that I contacted were sketchy at best. I am so glad that I found RW Air Conditioning. They were amazing every step along the way. The installers did a fantastic job and were extremely competent and nice to work with. RW is a nice family run business and they really care about customer service. Highly recommended!

At first we were very satisfied, because the communication about the installation of four air conditioners went quickly and smoothly. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a one-off. When we later also wanted to have casings installed, it suddenly became difficult. For weeks we did not receive an answer to our questions, it took six weeks to even schedule an appointment and to make matters worse we already received an invoice while the work was not even finished. The fitters themselves are friendly and do their work properly, but the business management is downright chaotic. We regret that we did business for thousands of euros with a company that is apparently only interested in large orders and then leaves you hanging when it comes to smaller matters.
