[Update] We have now had discussions with each other and everything has been resolved. In my opinion, the method of quoting is still not ideal, too much thinking is done from Hillsafety procedures and not from the customer's perspective, which means you get 2 different quotation processes. But I am still a customer! It may have once been a good, reliable company, but it hasn't been that way for a while. Had to wait more than 6 months for a quote for a repair. When you finally have the quote, they charge a huge amount that you immediately know that the situation is being abused. The quality of what is produced is also very disappointing.

Unreliable company, very bad experiences with it. Poor service and delivery. The current director is counterproductive in every respect and refuses all cooperation after termination of the contract, so that we are unnecessarily incurring costs. For years we paid more than €500 annually. Then we would be happy if they came to check everything out. And although there was never any maintenance and we were not properly secured and therefore not properly insured, Mr. Director would help us out and completely update everything for a few thousand euros. When we did not respond to this, the gentleman was 'done with it' and further cooperation was refused. Because the transfer to the emergency center had not yet been disabled, we asked how we could undo this ourselves, but we had to figure that out ourselves. They were willing to perform that action for €150, but we had to pay for it in advance. When we asked for a specification of the work, we did not receive an answer. Don't start! There are better, cheaper and above all more reliable solutions! And with regard to the response below, we would like to give you insight into this company's scandalous way of communicating, so that you can judge for yourself who is distorting reality here. Because no matter how fast the lie is, the truth will catch up with it.

Very nice, all those cameras in my apartment building from WoonForte. I only strongly suspect that this did not go according to the applicable regulations. Shouldn't an installation company ask in advance whether all this has been properly arranged and recorded?

We are happy with our intrusion detection system, good information and the installation went neatly and professionally. In addition to the wall control, there is also a handy app control (surprisingly clear) and in Dutch.

I wrote a review here regarding a cancellation that took a very long time. The director of Hillsafety called me and sent an email with correct information and arguments as to why it took so long. Clear and well resolved. Better communication by the staff would be great.
