I 100% do not recommend this company. Stay way if you want security installation. This company has no clue what they are doing. We had the same experience as Megan. They made us pay for so much equipment- stuff that we didn’t even need. Things were not explained well to us. The workmanship they did at our house and the installation was absolutely terrible. We are stuck with holes in our walls after an installation they did for us. I’m angry at myself for hiring them every time I look at those holes in the walls of my house. We were told we needed to hire other people for the finishing. If I had known what the result was going to look like I would have never hired them. Do not use them.

We had a very disappointing experience with this company. They significantly overcharge for products and services, their costs are far from transparent, and if you are an expat that doesn’t speak Dutch - they take advantage of you. You cannot trust what they verbally communicate so make sure you get everything in writing, otherwise hidden fees pop up. This makes the overall expense much higher than agreed and then they turn it around to say it is your fault even after you went out of your way to call them and specifically ask how much something will cost. I paid the invoice in full and they are still emailing me and threatening to send me to collections. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered!! They seem much more interested in upselling than addressing concerns or resolving issues. After you have already spent way too much money on the alarm system, good luck if you change internet providers!! They have set up the system so that this cannot be changed remotely and you are forced to schedule and pay (again, way too much) for a technician to come to your house and set it up in less than 3 minutes. I really wish they would have tried to assist me and find a solution rather than ignore my voice. If they would like to contact me and try to find a happy medium, that would be very much appreciated. It is very rare that I post such a negative review, however, I need to share my experience. Save yourself the headache and find a more reputable and transparent alarm company.

It's nice to be able to switch quickly with this professional party for both structural and electronic security and their expertise for fire protection/detection. From now on it will be the first party I call for these projects
