Had a bad experience with this company yesterday. Today Mark van der Pluym on the phone, nice conversation, strong communication, good solution offered, feedback will follow.... This is how you really deal with your customers. Top!! I also received feedback after the holidays, which is special in itself and guess what?? Your complaint is handled in a special way and there is fair follow-up. What do you mean class?? This gentleman alone deserves to be a customer here. If he always conducts his business in this way, he is a great example for many. I'm going to recommend him!!

After my mother passed away in August 2019, this company is very difficult to cancel the service contract. The reason is that they first want the alarm device, the plug and the flat telephone cable returned. These were damaged during clean-up. They have now offered to pay the costs in return for termination of the service contract and indicated that their actions may be in conflict with consumer law. Now let's see how they will solve it. As a lawyer, I can manage it, but I find the behavior of this company worrying if you consider older, less resilient people.
