I am satisfied with my alarm system. Never had any problems in 3 years.

In 2009 we purchased an installation at Regent and were connected to the Europac alarm centre. Since 2015 we have automatically, to our great satisfaction, ended up at Wees Veilig. Easily accessible, good support and excellent service, also good equipment (so far without any faults). They give good advice and one comment is enough to switch to another alarm centre (the Alert Group) in my case. We are very satisfied.

Since April 2018 we have been very satisfied with WeesVeilig. Already during the advice, a pleasant feeling arose about the company and this has only been confirmed over time. Even in case of malfunctions or questions, we are always helped quickly and friendly. The alarm center also works well, although accessibility could occasionally be better (if something really happened). Please continue like this.

Originally purchased an installation from Regent. This was later transferred to EuroPac, with WeesVeilig taking care of the maintenance. Always excellent contact with them and skilled, friendly technicians. Never any problems and telephone contacts with Olaf in particular are always very friendly and knowledgeable. He really knows everything. Then EuroPac sent a letter stating that they were stopping their collaboration with WeesVeilig. And yet I was so satisfied with them. I then contacted Wees Veilig directly and immediately transferred to them and therefore left EuroPac. It would have been cheaper too. Still very satisfied.

We have had our alarm system through Weesveilig for about 8 years, we are extremely satisfied with it. We were able to adapt and upgrade the system very well to our changed family situation. After getting pets the system was adjusted and the system has never been issued by them while we were not at home. The move also went well. Friendly people, control room is also smooth, highly recommended in my opinion.
