Very bad company, don't buy an alarm there, we have been a customer for years and suddenly our system was outdated, we had to buy a new one for 2700 euros or go to some other shame

Ridiculous company, wait a week for a quote and you don't hear anything. Called back as a potential customer to provide me with a quote. You don't hear anything for 2 days, they email you on Friday and we are not accepting any work. Unprofessional company that first lets people come for a recording and then sends an email saying they cannot accept it. It is useful that you first arrange everything internally before sending people out!

Been a customer for several years but I am now really done. First attract a customer with friendly stories, but if you are a customer, that customer friendliness is very hard to find. The system has not worked several times, but they only come if you pay. The way of communicating is cold, cold and belittling. Now the cameras no longer work, after which they first lie that the problem really lies with me because they can see for themselves (?!?!) that the system works. Later it turns out that the cameras are no longer visible in the system. But they do want to come by and solve it for €65. Now they leave me hanging after that because I don't want to pay the amount for the 2022 contract yet because the system doesn't work. The very cold people now indicate that I have to pay first before they come over. I'm done with them. Please do not fall for this organization.

February 29, 2017 had an alarm system installed. Very friendly man! 1st deposit of 50% paid in advance, I thought it was strange, but that seems to be the norm in this industry. Then I asked for a statement that the alarm has been installed, they would check if this was possible. No response to this, the only response was that the remaining 50% had to be transferred within 24 hours because otherwise the alarm would be disabled. Customer friendliness was hard to find at this company. 3 stars for the nice gentleman who came to install the system.
