This company should absolutely not call itself a security company. We have been with this company since 2016. He comes by every year for maintenance and I already had the idea that he is just pretending. Last year our siren went off in the middle of the day. A few times a day it kept going off for no reason. Called Mario and he came with a few days. He (later it turns out) simply disconnected the battery and turned off the siren. Furthermore, I had been unhappy with the system for some time because it was already very old according to a real expert. Now everything has been replaced by a professional company and it works properly. I have canceled the collaboration and because I was 15 days late they want you to pay for a whole year. You can't talk to them. Very nasty people! No work has been done so they can be quite reasonable. After all, we have been a customer for 4 years and have never complained about the bad service! This company is really not recommended.
