We first contacted him by phone about an awning, and he asked what we were looking for. We immediately made an appointment to visit the showroom. Richard had already written down some details and explained very clearly the different types of fabrics and awnings available. Exactly one week later, he came to measure the awning. On January 10th, it hung flawlessly on the front facade. They were very professional and took the job very seriously. Thank you very much, and good luck with your company.

It is a mystery how this company can exist. Reasonably fast with quote (1.5 weeks) and measuring (friendly gentleman), but after that you no longer exist as a customer. After waiting three months, calling multiple times (supposed to be called back) and emailing, still no response/update on the status. Not even after an ultimatum of a week. I cancelled the order, but I suspect they don't read that email either.

Super bad! Took six months for delivery, because 'something kept going wrong'. Appointment for installation went smoothly and was subsequently very poorly executed, meaning it does not work properly (i.e. cannot be used). After my complaint, I made an appointment 3 times for them to look at it, but they did not show up 3 times without cancelling. They now just push me away when I call and don't respond to my emails. More than a year later, unbelievable. I had it done by someone else and therefore double the costs. It says enough that everyone gives a 1 star response and that a 5 star response has the same last name as an employee there...

Unprofessional company. Tried to reach them twice, both via email and via their contact form on their own website, but received no response from Westend Zonwering. After reading the other reviews, I think we had a lucky accident with this one. At least now we don't have to deal with a company that makes appointments and then doesn't show up, makes defective installations, has non-existent customer service, etc.

Promising everything, but nothing happens. Email a quote or call back? Never seen or heard anything. After 5 times I stopped, which was a shame for them, because I ultimately wanted to place a large order...
