Both bathroom and toilet fixed within 2 weeks. Real professionals who know what they are doing and like to think along. In January 2022 I bought a bathroom from Brugman, and this contractor was going to install our bathroom. The first contacts were not necessarily negative. We received a standard quote but our agreements were not immediately clear. There has been contact about this a number of times, but we had to indicate this during the work. When the (demolition) work was to start in mid-December 2022, an employee stood at the door who did not even bother to close his belt and fly. Despite our agreements, they just wanted to tile over the old tiles. After counteracting this, everything was thrown into the bathroom in 6 days. The result was so bad that after suspending all payments to the contractor, Brugman had another contractor completely demolish the entire work of this contractor in April 2023. Defects found; - did not use the supplied bilge tape and paste; - shower drain was placed incorrectly; -shower drain was too deep under the tiles; - slope was not properly tiled; - tiling on the walls was crooked; - cut tiles on the wall; - too large differences in joints on the floor; - cement screed was loose on the old tiles; - RTL distributor was connected to the cement screed with compression fittings; - sealant was uneven and not even sealed; Despite several times that this contractor tried to bluff us and even started swearing on the phone, I consider myself lucky that all the misery this contractor left behind in the bathroom has been demolished! If it was possible to give 0 stars I would definitely do it.

zeer goede vakmensen, ze leggen alles goed uit tijdens de hele verbouwing. ze werken precies en erg netjes top. wil ze bedanken voor onze fantastische badkamer en wc. het is erg mooi geworden. wil zeker de mannen een compliment geven die bij ons gewerkt hebben.
