Earlier this year, we contacted Max for information about renovating our bathroom. A few days later, we received a phone call from a friendly young man who spoke patiently and expertly. We received prompt answers to our questions, and for this reason, we scheduled a consultation with one of their advisors. The following week, a friendly man, Daan, visited us. He asked us to outline our requirements, and then gave us a good overview of the materials and options. The quote they provided was slightly outside our budget, but we still chose Max because it gave us a good feeling and we were enthusiastic about what they offered. The bathroom was installed in April, and so far, we are very satisfied. So, a warm shower for Max!

Drie jaar geleden hebben wij ons bad door een douche laten vervangen. Het werk werd zoals beloofd in een dag gedaan en alles werd netjes opgeruimd. Een tijd terug hadden we problemen hebben met de thermostaat kraan vanwege hoog kalkgehalte van ons water. Op zaterdagavond werd de kraan schoongemaakt en konden we weer warm douchen. Zonder kosten! Na verloop van tijd gaf de kraan toch weer problemen en kregen we een vervanging terwijl hij terug ging na de fabriek. weer geen kosten. Nu is er een nieuwe kraan ingezet en hebben we toch maar voor een water ontkalkingssysteem gekozen en ook nu weer geen voorrij kosten en we betaalde de vooraf afgesproken prijs, terwijl het meer tijd koste dan voorzien was. Nergens hebben we ooit zo'n goede service meegemaakt! Petje af! Geweldig, een aanrader!

After requesting the MAX Badkamers brochure, my interest was aroused. An appointment was quickly scheduled for a home consultation. What I found very pleasant was that the advisor took all the time to discuss my wishes and provide me with clear, honest information. There was absolutely no pushiness, which made the conversation very relaxed and pleasant. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable and really thought along with me to come to the best solution. After the advice, everything went very smoothly: the planning was quickly picked up and my new walk-in shower was installed within 1 day. I also have nothing but praise for the fitters: professional, neat and just as friendly as the salespeople. MAX Badkamers has more than met my expectations. From the first contact to the delivery, the entire process was smooth and customer-oriented. I can therefore heartily recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality and pleasant service!

2 weeks ago our entire bathroom was renovated. We also chose the shower toilet from Geberit. We are very happy with it. The sealing is very neat. My husband used to be a sealer so he only looked at the sealing haha. The shower toilet is also a real godsend. I tested it once in the past on holiday in Japan. It works really fantastic. Our bathroom was completely renovated in 3 days. Thanks a lot Max. I can really recommend you.

Nice result after a bumpy road to get there After reviews and a conversation with Max myself, I recommended Max to someone who needed to have a bath converted into a walk-in shower. The purchase conversation went very well. The emergency treatment was also honored. The down payment came as a bit of a shock to us. First 30% and shortly before installation 60%. Then nothing has been made at all and then you have paid 90% of the total amount. You then just have to hope that you get everything as agreed. Strange business. A walk-in shower was supposed to be installed within a day. So that is quite a job. You then expect an army of mechanics from Max to come and do the job. It is also in the brochure. However, no work van with Max on it, but hired ZZP'ers with a rented van with a waste container. Nothing wrong with that, but not as stated in the brochure. What we also found strange is that additional work is not included in the price, while a fairly high total price had to be paid. In short, quite a few things went differently than we had expected. But... the result was dazzlingly beautiful and we are very satisfied with it. The ZZP'er was clearly a professional and thought along well. Will there ever be a repeat assignment with Max? We don't think so.
