Four years after purchase and installation, our matte black shower mixer started peeling. We brought this to Tortu's attention, asking if and how they could fix it. Tortu responded very quickly and suggested replacing it with a new one. They recommended choosing a different (more expensive) color, as matte black had previously caused similar problems. The friendly and helpful Tortu employee checked the system and indicated that the basin mixer would need to be replaced in the same color to maintain a consistent look in the bathroom. We made an appointment, and in no time, both the entire shower set and the bathroom mixer were professionally replaced free of charge. Excellent service and a big compliment to the Tortu team! Wij zijn ontzettend blij met onze nieuwe badkamer! Tortu World heeft ons hele mooie spullen geleverd met een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en goede service! De maatwerk douchewand wordt nog geplaatst door de leverancier, maar het resultaat mag er nu al zijn mede dankzij onze installateur Kees van der Niet uit Warmond!!!
