Afterwards you will receive a 3D impression, which will immediately give you an idea of ​​what the bathroom will look like. The start is therefore very positive. We were kept well informed about the progress of the process and the start of the renovation, in our case an old bathroom removed and a new one installed. At the start everything was well taped off and the demolition workers did their job well, everything was neatly cleaned up again. Afterwards we were asked if we were satisfied. The construction has been thoroughly tackled, every part is done by professionals on their own site, demolition, preparing tiles, tiling, the ceiling, and the finishing. Contact with everyone went smoothly and communication was good. After 2.5 weeks of hard work by the Seggers men, there is a beautiful end result. The delivery is thorough and pleasant. What a great bathroom it turned out to be and what an extremely positive experience we had with the men and women of Seggers. We are incredibly satisfied and if you are looking for a company to renovate or renovate your bathroom, know that Seggers is definitely the right place for you. We have a very bad experience with this case. The service is very poor as is the information provided. They do not keep installation agreements, incorrect time planning, installation prices that are not total prices but estimated and excluding materials, so you as a customer have no idea what the final costs will be. Discounts are dropped without notice, no responsibility for incorrectly installed materials. Tampering with quotes and amounts. Have customers pay call-out costs and calculate driving time costs. Delivery costs amounting to 150. And then we also heard that the owners complained that they did not earn enough from us. We had a very bad time and will never go here again.

Bought a bathroom from Seggers in 2020, which was installed by them in 2021, very satisfied with the end result. We moved soon after and needed a new bathroom. So we went to Seggers again in 2022. This time it did not fit in terms of planning to have them install the bathroom, but they once again delivered the materials neatly. I assume that we will not need a bathroom again for a while, but otherwise we will definitely go to Seggers again.
