So hard to reach when something is wrong and they should fix it. Just before Christmas I called about the fact that our bathroom tiles have sunk (and now have holes) and that we have a leak as a result. At the end of February someone finally came (without an appointment!?) to seal it up. I was lucky that I was at home. So it is still not completely resolved, so annoying. We keep calling but they are simply not reachable normally! Fix it!!!! April 25, 2022 and we have not made any progress at all. The leak has gotten worse The leak was fixed in August. 09/20/2022 I have adjusted the stars to 3 stars. Ufkes has let some things slide in terms of solving them, but it turns out that it is mainly due to another company, which is why everything is going so slowly.

The collaboration that this company has with Smart electrics is really terrible. Multiple defects in a new-build home. Underfloor heating that was not properly connected and therefore leaking. Leakage at the outside tap. Sockets under the counter top and so on.

Bought a house from Ufkes a few years ago. Very poorly delivered and even more defects years later. In addition, the service provided by Ufkes aftercare is very poor. I get no response to my emails and I am not called back. Do not buy a house from Ufkes, it is just misery!

We are really dissatisfied with the inadequate service that Ufkes has provided. And Smart Elektra can also do something about it....

They build nice houses to live in, but once the money comes in, it's hard to get anything done. Let alone at a reasonable speed if you have a serious problem. Make sure you have everything in writing, because they like to rely on that too.
