A while ago we asked our landlord (MHM) for a new bathroom, so that the bath can be removed and we can shower normally. After a while they transferred the order to Vosbouw Assen and to our surprise we received a call not much later asking if we could start on Monday! This was considerably faster and earlier than we thought, which worked out very well for us! That Monday at 8:00 am Johan came by and we discussed everything quietly over a cup of coffee, after which he immediately got to work. The bathroom is now finished and is very neat. It's a pleasure to shower again and it doesn't even feel like our own bathroom anymore! We have really enjoyed the past few weeks that Johan has been working with us! We gave him a house key and he has lived up to the trust! He showed up at the door on time every day and we were able to discuss everything neatly and it exceeded our expectations! He was very helpful, thoughtful and very neat and precise! He neatly completed and resolved everything that was involved! In any case, we are more than satisfied with Johan and the work he does here and the service provided to us! We would like to thank Johan and of course Vosbouw Assen for the work and for making this possible!

Very bad experience with this party. - they do not keep agreements. - they lie. - they deliver bad work. - they do not communicate. - they invoice work that has not been carried out. - they invoice more expensive products without consultation. - they show up sporadically after starting work to do small bits. And do not show up for 2 weeks without any notification, or longer if you do not chase them. Very bad work. For example, a flat roof not on the correct slope and no correct vapour barrier, causing condensation leakage. Also damage to newly delivered door and frame. All in all, you could save a lot of misery and headaches if you do not choose this company.

Very happy with my new skylights! They were done really well. It was a bit unclear when it would be done, but it all worked out perfectly! Thanks!

Stuck on a string for a year. In April 2023 we commissioned a complete roof renovation. Promises were not kept. The roof would really be in place before the autumn of 2023, it was said. We made the decision at the end of March 2024 and started looking for a reliable company. Communication is very poor and agreements are not kept. Each time they would start the following month, but when the time came we had to contact them ourselves and it was postponed again for another month. No update from themselves and with other questions they indicated that they would 'answer as soon as possible', but that was never answered.

Vosbouw sent me a quote that I agreed to and then for 2 years they let me think that they were really going to work for me; I kept in touch all this time, but they kept pushing back the start date. I will only hear that when I contact them myself. Now I don't hear anything from Vosbouw Assen anymore!
