I have also repeatedly experienced that this construction company does not honor the agreements made, and without prior notice or cancellation. Even after telephone contact in which I expressed my dissatisfaction, this pattern continued. Reference is often made to "rush jobs" that were prioritized in between or a "full schedule" as a reason for postponing work. The employees even admitted that the planning was "totally shitty". There you are with your bathroom that you haven't been able to use for more than 3 weeks. There is certainly an understanding for a delay - even two or three times would be explainable in exceptional cases - but this has now happened to me more than five times. Punctuality and integrity are clearly not of paramount importance to this company. What makes this situation even more frustrating is that I don't seem to be the only one with this experience; others also indicate that they have had similar problems. This raises questions about the company's reliability and planning. I hope that in the future more attention will be paid to clear communication and keeping agreements, so that future customers receive better help. It will be exceptionally cheap for housing associations such as Beter Wonen to work with these people. Completely useless and completely unprofessional, try to avoid doing business with these people if possible. Be warned.

Afspraken nakomen zou eens een keer fijn zijn. En niet steeds met dezelfde rot smoesjes komen. Schade aan de carport van 5 oktober 2020 is nog steeds niet afgerond. Alleen nog een halve dag voegwerk en dan is het klaar. Daar zitten we hier nu al maanden achteraan te bellen.

We had given Oude Wolbers a nice assignment. A lot had to be done on both the ground floor and the upper floor. Concrete had come off the walls, and there were cracks in the walls, there were holes from an extractor hood, there was a crack in the ceiling, the walls did not look good in places and the sealant edges had been applied over old wallpaper. First I contacted them so that they could inspect the house. They asked me to send photos of what had to be done. I did this. I also put stickers in the house. They could get in with my key, because I had to work myself. They immediately indicated that it could take two weeks before they could do their work. They then indicated that the inspection could be done earlier. Friday or Tuesday. Waited patiently. Inquired in the week of Tuesday. Preparatory work had been done, namely priming. They had left the house tidy. However, they had only primed the upper floor. They could do the real work the following week. I waited patiently for this. A week later we are back. Jobs were done. They asked me to assess the work. That would not be possible until a few days later. But had they done their job well? I had to take a look. I was especially curious about what they had done on the ground floor. I entered the house and was very pleasantly surprised. When I entered, I immediately saw that they had neatly removed the sealant edges. They had also carried out all the tasks downstairs, including the cracks. OK. We went upstairs. Everything looked spick and span there too. I had contact about the last tasks that were not essential work. This was also arranged perfectly. At the end, they had neatly put the key through the letterbox. So I am very satisfied, because 1) they kept to the agreements, 2) they were easy to reach and 3) they worked neatly. Thanks!

On May 19, 2022, my chalet was repaired by professionals from the Oude Wolbers company. Under the inspiring leadership of Mark, Roy achieved great heights. Before they both started the job, the damage was examined with a professional eye. The collaboration between the two gentlemen was fantastic to see. They listened to each other and it was as if you were dealing with "identical" twins. The damage to be repaired was tackled effectively They did this full of humor and in a relaxed way. The damage to the outside of the chalet was neatly repaired and as the owner I am very satisfied with the result. A CHAPEAU to both gentlemen. The next day two people from Ten Voorde came to do the roofing work. The roof to be covered was expertly burned. Nothing but praise for this company. Now just replace the inner panel and paint it and you're done.

A deal is a deal, this company does not hold it in high regard. Unfortunately, not solving problems at all.
