Arrived super quickly and within a week we had two very professional employees on our roof! The leakage problem was detected very quickly and completely resolved the same day! Nice guys who also explained the cause very clearly! Recommended!

We are satisfied with how the construction process went. They were very helpful in exploring the possibilities early on. The (additional) prices were realistic and fair. Contact with staff at the office and on-site was smooth and pleasant, and they also provided valuable input during the construction process. The work was done efficiently, and no major issues went wrong. Any errors that did arise (which is inevitable when building a house), were resolved quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the result; Bongers has certainly delivered quality work. We will definitely recommend Bongers to family and friends!

Our house was completed yesterday and everything went smoothly from excavation to delivery. The delivery had a handful of issues that were not really worth mentioning, such as a missing key from a top-hung window. Communication with the construction workers and executor exceptionally good. Communication with construction management is business-like, but never wait long for an answer. Standard, high-level finishing, as stated in the quotation process, is completely correct. It's a treat to have a house built like this and the price is also excellent. Invoices are sent by post, which is an area for improvement for Bongers, as invoicing to the bank is done digitally. Therefore a 10- instead of a real 10.

Bongers started the construction of our semi-detached house in Hardenberg in September 2019. Communication went very smoothly. During construction it was still possible to report minor changes. An email was sufficient and all our wishes were immediately addressed. Our house was completed in May 2020. An inspection took place together with a building engineer from Vereniging Eigen Huis before the key transfer. A few negligible points came up that were resolved in no time. The architect indicated that the construction quality is of a high level. According to him, this is rare these days. We could still opt for gas, but we opted to build gas-free with a ground source heat pump. Now, more than 2 years later, we are still very happy with that choice. The temperature in the house is very stable all year round and the solar panels generate much more power than we use. Next month Bongers will start building my parents' house.
