Difficult to reach. When you call, they tell you to email... It takes anywhere from one to two months for a response to each email. It's now been nine months and they still haven't taken any action. We've had enough of this and are prepared to take legal action.

As a tenant of Acantus, this company is hired by Acantus for window frame work, among other things. - Very poor to no communication (Acantus also has difficulty reaching them, if at all). - Repairs take months. - Doors are crooked in the frames, causing my utility room to be constantly soaking wet. Apparently, Geveke is not in a hurry. - After 6 years (!!!), the uPVC window frames are already showing dangerous defects (cracks right through the middle). First contact was 5 months ago. Someone only came by to assess the defects. To date, no repairs/replacements have been made. - Inspection and repairs (WHEN???) are being carried out by a hired company, not even by Geveke herself. You have to threaten legal action against this company if you want anything done. I strongly advise against placing any orders with this company.

It is incomprehensible that this company scores so high. - Geveke is as flexible as a brick - There is little or no communication possible - Own mistakes are passed on to others - Agreements are not kept Terrible company. Unfortunately we did not have the choice (project construction), but you do have it; be wise and choose another contractor
