We had an appointment with this company for a first meeting at 9 am, but no one came and we did not receive a message that they had forgotten us. After calling twice, someone finally showed up at 1 p.m. We told them that we wanted to ask another company for a quote. Furthermore, we were prepared and had already made a drawing. They promised to send a quote within one week. Today I received an email with the following text: "After I took up work with you, I discussed with my colleague not to submit a quotation. We believe that we have not made a good start. And since other contractors also submit quotations, we have chosen to have this renovated by one of the other contractors."
