A very incompetent and unprofessional party. They make promises when selling that they cannot keep in their production. Insulation plates are of poor quality, and they seem to have never been heard of in order to minimize cold bridges. Communication is disorganized, multiple contact persons asking different questions at the same time. Drawings do not even include the standard openings, so drawing out openings takes extra time and has to go back and forth between installer, constructor and hbr because they do not simply indicate what they can make. It is better to go to a party like VBI, they provide a much better product and are cheaper too.

Een zeer onkundige en onprofessionele partij. Doen bij verkoop beloftes die ze in hun productie niet waar kunnen maken. Isolatie platen zijn kwalitatief ondermaats, alsin koude bruggen minimaliseren lijken ze nog nooit van gehoord te hebben. Communicatie is ongeorganiseerd, meerdere contactpersonen die door elkaar verschillende vragen stellen. Tekeningen hebben niet eens de standaard sparingen in zich, dus intekenen van sparingen kost extra tijd en moet extra vaak op en neer tussen installateur, constructeur en hbr omdat men niet gewoon aangeeft wat ze kunnen maken. Ga beter naar een partij als VBI, die leveren een veel beter product en zijn nog goedkoper ook.
