Really great!! We also experienced your contact as very pleasant (not only from your role as a contractor but also just how you are) and the cooperation was good throughout the entire process. Nothing was too crazy and always good! Ps I understand that the electricians will never offer to hang the lamps again, but ours hang perfectly ;-) For now, thanks and until the next renovation...

It is rare that I write a positive or negative review. I am more of a reader, which actually gives me an obligation to share my own experiences. To finally start with this, I can do that nicely for the most important (most expensive) purchase of our lives; a house. Building your own house not only costs money but also energy; a lot of energy. It is tempting to make the choice for the contractor based on price alone. A 5% difference with the quote from another contractor quickly makes a difference of 10,000 euros or more. However, it remains difficult to compare quotes exactly. The difference lies in the still unknown details of the exact execution, use of materials and the additional and reduced work. Each contractor will deal with this differently and this will result in a different price than the original quote. Van Uden was very clear about this during the construction and was flexible with the final settlement. We consciously chose a contractor with whom we had the right feeling. The worst thing seemed to us to start a long-term and expensive project when there is no trust. There will always be deviations from the drawing. This may be due to technical preference, costs and feasibility. Every design is different. Then you need a contractor who actively thinks along and takes the time to discuss this. He will also make mistakes; then the question is how the contractor deals with them. With Van Uden Bouwservice we simply had a very nice partner who built a fantastically beautiful house. We did not succeed in making the foreman Twan crazy or angry with our changes and ideas during construction. The list of changes during construction is too long to write down here. Of course there were many small adjustments, but also a few important ones such as the different positioning of the windows and voids so that this looked much nicer. We could not have judged this earlier on the architect's drawing. Twan remained calm and took the time to think along. There was a permanent team with nice people for this project. Only now do we dare to admit that we were pleasantly surprised by how hard the team worked. Not a single day during the winter were they not there because it was too cold or rainy. In short, we look back on the entire construction project with a very good feeling. Ton, Twan and the rest of the team thanks!

Bouwservice Van Uden renovated our house in a very professional and customer-friendly manner. In October 2016 we bought a house with a beautiful large garden. The purchase site literally said 'job house' for sale. So it was a major renovation. Bouwservice van Uden, in collaboration with plumbing company Van Dijk and electrical engineering company Zutec, has completed a large extension that required the connection of underfloor heating and a new kitchen. A beautiful skylight has been created in the extension, which means that we have a lot of daylight above the kitchen island. LED lighting has been installed in the ceiling in such a way that there is atmospheric lighting in the evening for the garden doors that open outwards. New doors have been installed, interior, exterior, garden and front door. A toilet has been renovated and a second toilet has been installed on the first floor. A completely new bathroom has also been installed in one of the bedrooms. The electricity has been renewed and pipes have been completely replaced! All in all, we can only say that the work was completed to our complete satisfaction. Ton van Uden supervised all activities and matters were coordinated where necessary. We had Van Uden install an extension to our house. A foundation had to be built and a wall had to be broken through to create a passage between the existing living room and the extension. Very skilled workers. Very skilled and friendly owner and carpenters on staff. Contact with the secretary is also smooth and fast. They really know their stuff. The professionals who are hired also understand their profession well. Very satisfied with the result. Real quality delivered. We even brought some extra things with us at no extra cost, great service. The final price also corresponded to the quotation, so no unexpected costs. All in all, super happy with the collaboration and the result.
