Renovation took more time than expected. In the end there were a lot of problems left behind. I tried to contact them to come and fix it again, but in the end I had to wait around 5 month for someone to come and still not fix it in the end(

Credit where credit is due. Despite the fact that I was not happy that they just drilled the scaffolding on my house, I have to say that they solved it properly. That should be said. But in the future, just pay more attention, then you can avoid a lot of hassle.

Update. Hemink responded on June 18th, saying I should send an email. I haven't heard anything back, not even after two repeat attempts. My experience with this company was absolutely disastrous. If I could give zero stars, I would. From the outset, it was clear that professionalism was lacking. The plumber caused more damage than necessary during his work. Large debris fell on my table and PVC floor, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, sewage overflowed into my dining chair – a disgusting situation that shouldn't have happened. Despite several attempts to contact them about the leaks, these problems remained unresolved. This left me without a shower for an incredibly long time, which had a huge impact on my daily life. The bathroom is also a source of frustration. The tiles aren't sloped, causing shower water to flow towards the sink instead of down the drain. The "solution" offered was to seal the shower enclosure with a gap of about 3 cm, which demonstrates sloppiness and incompetence. Moreover, the grout is extremely poorly done. The plasterer did an equally poor job. The good wall in the bedroom is plastered, and like the rest of the house, the sink and faucets, both upstairs and downstairs, were covered in plaster. Furthermore, the wall is very poorly plastered, resulting in an uneven and unsightly finish. What makes the situation even worse is the lack of communication and accountability. Apps with photos of the damage and defects are completely ignored or not taken seriously. This is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the customer. I strongly advise against doing business with this company. You will end up with more problems, damage, and frustration than when you started.

Smearing paint and poor paintwork. The peeling paint is painted over. Ask the painter if this is the normal way of painting. You get an answer that it is because of the single glass. They come at 7 o'clock in the morning in the dark and then they wait until it is light. Especially for the boss's black box! Well done and I haven't even put the same color on it yet. Worthless!!!!

Do not keep to agreements, leave nails and sealant both inside and outside on the ground and (inside on the) couch. Are busy at the neighbors on our property, they start sawing and do not clean it up. Take electricity without asking, take cloths from our drying rack! I can go on like this for a while. Park cars everywhere while there is enough parking space. The executor cannot handle the so-called (professional) people and likes to blame the resident. Or in other words, not to speak of Hemink.
