Injection was used for the 4th and hopefully last time for our completely basement home. The cuckoos in all rooms (which often pose a problem with leakage) have now been treated. Once from the inside and the other 3 from outside. Just like previous times, the work was done very neatly and well. They make good agreements and they do what they promise. Today's technician worked hard and only stopped once for a cup of coffee. Compliments. I hope my basement can now better withstand the high water levels like last December 2023. I'm sure if anything they would help me. I can really recommend the company. Thanks again. A satisfied customer.

Once again very satisfied with the work carried out. The fitters work neatly and are friendly. They even helped me to get some heavy stuff out of my basement, and put it back after the work was done. A few years ago they injected the basement under my house. I have never had a leak since then. Not even despite the heavy rainfall and high groundwater level. Unfortunately, due to the rainfall and high groundwater level, my basement under the garage started to leak. This has now also been injected by Injection Nederland. I assume that it will remain just as dry as the basement under my house. I am very satisfied and can therefore highly recommend this company!

Unskilled and misleading We had our walls injected by Injection Nederland with a 5-year drying guarantee. Within a year, the exact same damp patches returned to the wall. Injection visited the location and now states that it is not rising damp but another problem. Injection's solution? Yet another treatment of thousands of euros extra without any compensation or apologies! We have not made any progress with Injection except that it has cost us a lot of money and effort. Whether or not it is rising damp, the conclusion is that they have given us incorrect advice or carried out incorrect treatment (or both?). Because of the drying guarantee, we chose Injection. And what does this guarantee entail according to Injection? They cannot answer that! To date, we have submitted several urgent requests to Injection. A proper response has not been forthcoming. Scandalous! We hoped to reach an agreement with Injection in a normal way, but are now forced to start legal proceedings. Update following Injection's response: First of all, it is remarkable that after a negative Google review, contact is suddenly sought within 24 hours. As soon as it damages your company, there is time for action? Via e-mail. Why not talk to the customer? Which company wants to 'fight out' an issue like this via the reviews, very remarkable. To return to the response. According to your specialist, the treatment we opted for should be sufficient for a drying period of at least 5 years. That is why we also signed with a guarantee for that period. It was not subject to the entire quote. It is true that more was offered at the time because we were also considering drying the entire cellar to make a wine cellar or something like that. Then the assumption that we expect that work should be carried out for free is also untrue. Why not start the conversation and come to a solution together? We do not expect free work but we do expect that at least a discount (the treatment performed for nothing) will be applied to a new method/treatment that is many thousands of euros more expensive. That seems to me no more than normal if promises made cannot be kept. Once again, we have made no progress, absolutely no progress with your treatment. The moisture spots are exactly the same as before the first injection treatment. It is not a matter of trying until something works, is it? That seems anything but professional to me. What if the next treatment does not work again? Should we try something else then? And pay the full costs again? While the guarantees offered are not kept. Once again, it is scandalous that this is your working method.

Do not use this party, their method does not work, a waste of your money! See also a photo where you can clearly see where they injected. Moisture just keeps coming back and their drying guarantee in the quote is also a wash, because they can just as easily ignore that guarantee. Go for a different party!

More than an excellent mechanic vsn Injection with us in Nieuwegein at the Gerbrandypark, Friendly and a hard worker and professional. Occasionally we were allowed to give him a cup of coffee. He didn't come in, his buddy stayed at his work. We of course hope that the moisture problems have now been resolved. But we are also sure that we could contact Injection if this were not the case!!!!!
