We have had several homes built by Schot in recent years and always to our full satisfaction. Schot is a real no-nonsense contractor, so traditional quality at an affordable price. No expensive head office with all layers of management, no just shoulders under it and build and that for decades!

Schandalig! Een appartement complex gebouwd door Schot BV, mijn 1ste koopwoning, maar nog nooit ben ik zo erg dupe van iets geweest. Na 3,5 jaar mag je verwachten dat je op z'n minst een goede woning zou krijgen, maar het is 1 en al drama! Problemen met plafond(vochtschades), wanden een dekvloer die met 2/3 cm aangebracht is en uit elkaar valt. Deur kozijnen die verkeerd geplaatst worden die ze niet meer willen oplossen. Ze nemen helemaal niets serieus, wanneer je ze probeert te waarschuwen luisteren ze niet en oplossingen moeten via een juridische weg. Dus als u niet op zo een traject zit te wachten ren dan hard weg als u deze naam hoort of ziet!

Communiceren doen ze niet. De nazorg is slecht, of beter gezegd aan nazorg doen ze niet.

We had the house built in 2008-2009. Just before delivery in July 2009, a dormer window was installed. Well completed. Now on November 18, 2017 I received a leak report to the fa. Schot did not call back, so I called again and sure enough, in the afternoon at 4:30 PM at dusk, someone comes to have a look. this man tells me it is due to the snow on the roof??? and left again. I kept an eye on it for a while and heard nothing more, until November 11, 2018, leaking again! I drove to Schot myself to pass it on and guess what, no response. So I called in a roofer and it turns out that the roofing felt is not attached at the outlet of the roof, causing water to flow in from underneath. This roofer thought the roof covering looked very bad and had to be replaced after 9 years. You can assume that a bitumen roof covering can last a little longer. So it turns out that if you have a house built, they will be on your doorstep yesterday, but if you have a problem, Schot doesn't care. It is now November 19 and Schot has not yet responded and it is 8 days later. This shows that after-sales at Schot is very poorly organized and I hope that this will be better organized for the company and future problems for Schot customers.
