I had 2 assignments via Tisaco: one for home furnishings (see review at Tisaco) and one for installing the roof window. There were misunderstandings from the start. After that, the company manager hardly responded to questions. Eventually, a new roof window was installed by an external roofing company. I am very satisfied with that roofing company, but the communication with the company manager of Tillmans Bouwservice left much to be desired. After the roof window was installed to my satisfaction, the roofing company also looked at a supposed roof leak. It turned out that this had to be repaired and this had to be done via Tisaco/Tillmans because of the order for the roof window. Here too, no more responses were given to my questions, which is why I eventually hired another roofer. Tisaco has since apologized for the incident and I was offered a gift. But I am giving Tillmans a bad review.

After the skylight has been placed satisfactorily, the roofing company also looked at an alleged roof leak. It turned out that this had to be repaired and because of the order for the skylight this had to be done via Tisaco / Tillmans. Here too my questions were no longer answered, so I eventually hired another roofer. Tisaco has since apologized for the incident and has been offered a gift. But company Tillmans gets a bad review from me.
