My UV light is defective and leaking. After first contacting them by phone, I sent a video of the installation on request. Since I haven't heard from them, I walked past the showroom. They said they were busy, which is of course possible. And that they had sent an email back, which I have yet to receive. But since we now have a leak, I asked them if they had the possibility to do a service in the short term, and if they wanted to look at the leak. Nothing was possible in the foreseeable future, except four weeks from now. Until then, I can't do anything with my pool, no filtering, nothing. I also asked them if we could take out a maintenance contract. They also responded reluctantly because the pool wasn't installed by them. We bought our house with a pool very recently, and are certainly prepared to provide good maintenance. Oh yes, and they can't deliver the unit in question for another two weeks, while my husband ordered it yesterday and already received it today. I do not recommend them, if I renovate my pool in the future I will definitely not call them.

Echt alleen op verkoop en aanleg gericht. Beslist geen service!

We ended up with this company through a good acquaintance from Etten-Leur, who also had excellent experiences with Bouwman. That was after a bad experience with another company, a Brabant swimming pool consultant, who let us down from day 1 (after we signed the quotation). Bouwman helped us out and immediately provided a technician about whom we have nothing but positive things to say. Which also applies to our equally skilled colleagues. Bouwman has brought our swimming pool back into great condition, with new foil, a slatted deck and a heat pump. We also immediately concluded a maintenance contract with Bouwman. This company offers quality and service as it should be, but is rarely seen in these times. In short: tribute and thanks in particular to Gino, Nathan and Kevin.

Slechte service. Zwembadje gekocht voor de kinderen die direct lek was na het opblazen. In de reactie op mijn mail werd gezegd dat er vast een scherp voorwerp heeft gelegen.. Dit was niet het geval want het zwembad is op speciale tegels geplaatst. Weggegooid geld dus!
