On August 2, I agreed to the quote to repair my balcony. I have received one more message since then, but no further response has been received. Not via email, not via WhatsApp and the telephone is not answered either. Very strange and incomprehensible. Whether the work will still be carried out and when is completely unknown. Update: finally a message was received from the Concrete Engineer and my balcony has now been fitted with a new sand-cement floor. The executors are hard workers who did this neatly!!

Jan is an open honest professional who works with his customers to deliver the highest of quality and service. His employees are respectful , they call on you to tell you they have arrived to start working , keep you updated on what and when they are doing things and clean up after themselves as if they were never there . Sometimes I find it difficult to choose someone as you never know if you are getting someone who knows what they are doing , but for me they are super qualified and experienced and I would trust them with any job . Sent an email on Monday for a quote for my front garden, apparently the common man is not interesting enough because it is now Thursday evening and I have not received any response from this company, not even a confirmation that they have received my email! Note: today (Friday) I suddenly received a message with apologies, I received a quote, but for what I want I think it is quite expensive so do not use their services!
