An unprofessional company in many ways. They don't take responsibility for mistakes, don't honor agreements, communicate poorly, and deliver shoddy work. The kitchen unit wasn't put back in its original position, and when painting the walls, the man wasn't bothered to wipe away stains on the woodwork. I can't believe Mitros works with them.

This company renovated my bathroom. Been working for a year and a half to ensure that the bathroom floor is repaired, because it is not sloping. Every time I am promised a call back. This never happens. 1.5 years later, the bathroom floor is still not in order. Failure to keep appointments when repairs need to be made.

The Van den Berg company was contracted by the property manager with us months ago for a repair on the roof. After 2.5 months of calling, they finally call back to make an appointment. Then you wait for them all day and they don't show up. No phone call, no email, nothing. Opening times are also incorrect, because they cannot be reached after 4:15 PM. Which is of course useful because all disappointed people wait until half past four before they really give up hope.

After a rough start, this company cleaned a ceiling (outsourced) and re-bricked the outside wall...this was done with great precision and craftsmanship! The downside is that some things do not get through properly, so they have to be asked/executed several times. The disadvantage is that you have to deal with an executive company in combination with housing construction. Appointments are kept inconsistently. You have to make a lot of phone calls

On February 23, Mr. Miltenburg came to my home to measure some things in connection with drawing up a quotation for a renovation. When saying goodbye, I was told that I would receive the quote within 2 to 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I called to inquire when I could expect the quote, I was told that Mr. Miltenburg was working on it. After 5 weeks I was told that I would receive the quote tomorrow. After 6 weeks, you will receive it on Monday. After 7 weeks, it was sent to the wrong email address. We ask if Mr. Miltenburg wants to send it again. After 9 weeks "I will personally ensure that Mr. Miltenburg calls you on Monday". After 10 weeks "he is very busy". Expressed that I find it special that I have not heard anything from Mr. Miltenburg. Once again I was told that personal care would be taken to ensure that Mr. Miltenburg will call me. Now 13 weeks later, I'm giving up hope. If a company communicates so poorly with their customers in the initial phase, then I am afraid of what the communication will be like during the renovation phase.
