Report of leaking bathtub. Soon after the report it turned out that the warranty period had expired and this period was invoked. However, the bathtub had never been used before, which makes me suspect that the problem was due to poor quality of the work carried out. I would like to emphasize that I do not think this is a correct way to settle damage or provide service. In my opinion, a solution could have been devised, instead of immediately pointing out the expired warranty period. I understand that without payment, there is often no movement, but I would have appreciated it if I had been informed about this.

WORTHLESS COMPANY! Chimney is being renovated, veranda is not covered, nothing! Everything is full of rubble, cement in the gutter then on the veranda. Call you to cover it, they say it's great, this is our working method. Bunch of bear horns in the office!

Do not do business with Van Santvoort Bouw! We have contacted Van Santvoort Bouw several times because after +/- 2 years many things that were installed by Van Santvoort broke. (Despite normal use). Unfortunately, they keep you hanging and then say that your warranty has expired when the warranty is over. Outrageous treatment of people. The aftercare is 0.0. The usual from pillar to post. NB. If the problems are solved, the review will be adjusted. To date, this has not been the case.

Van Santvoort has renovated our garage roof. What professionals! Very neat and tidy and very fast! The professionals even go a step further and tackle everything they see. Everything for perfection it seems. Very happy with it!

Van Santvoort has renovated the 't Ven district and also my mother's house. What a positive change. She is still enjoying every day. Also grateful for the hardworking and cooperative employees who have created a really nice home. Thank you very much Van Santvoort construction BV!
