Bouwbedrijf B. Desaunois B.V.

Our house was delivered in February 2022 and we live there with great pleasure. Fortunately, there are few to no major defects so far. So far, we can say that the quality is good. What was less good was the course of the process. Too much to mention. But here are some highlights. In the entire process, we had 2 sales advisors and 3 construction supervisors, unfortunately some of whom do not have the quality required to be able to completely outsource. Read your contract carefully. In our case, they had made a mistake by putting the price of a different type on the contract. We found out with the last payment term. Much Discussion about that, but unfortunately never received an apology for this huge mistake. As soon as it concerns money, they would rather be opposite you than next to you. The difference was more than 30K. 2. Lead time for utilities can take a long time. Keep an eye on this yourself because they are not on top of it for you. It can easily cause very long delays. Also read up on the requirements for utilities. Des is nonchalant about it, but if the utility company comes to inspect and something is not according to the regulations, you just have to join the back of the line. 4. Don't just go along with the sometimes strange ideas of the somewhat simple architects and push your own input through. Even if they don't like it or find it too complicated. I had to spend a lot of time on supervision throughout the entire construction process to fish out all the errors in time. Fortunately, the construction site was close to home. My tip! Stay close by and supervise yourself or, if you don't have time yourself, hire someone. In short, they do traditional construction well for a very reasonable price, but the service and transparency are not top notch. And I'm still being mild.

We are very happy with the result of our home from Bouwbedrijf B. Desaunois. They understood very well, worked out and executed very expertly how we would like to see our beautiful home. And that was more than successful! Thanks to Douwe Rijpstra for his expertise, thanks to Niels Brinkman our construction supervisor and very very! many thanks to Maarten Swier our project leader for his expertise, goodwill and professionalism. Maarten is really a top performer and an asset to Bouwbedrijf B.Desaunois.

Our house was completed 6 years ago. 2 weeks ago I noticed that a pipe on the roof had broken off (probably due to the bad weather and strong winds). This is necessary to drain the surplus rainwater from our flat day. A call told us that my then construction supervisor was no longer working there, but this was quickly picked up by another colleague. The problem was resolved by the roofer and although this problem was not covered by the warranty, no costs were charged. That's a nice piece of customer service. After 6 years I am still completely satisfied!

We built our current house with Desaunois BV. I would recommend that company to everyone. From the first appointment it felt good, clear conversations and clear explanations. They think along with us about the wishes we had for the house and actually anything is possible. Also during construction, good clear communication and no promises that are not kept. The house was completed 2 months ago and the few issues that were present upon delivery were all resolved neatly and quickly. We are very happy with our beautiful home, thanks Maarten and Erwin!

We're extremely satisfied with the entire process, from planning and construction to construction, construction supervisor Rob, and delivery. The only issue was the garage door, which was difficult to open and close, but after we complained about it, a carpenter and locksmith were immediately called in. A top-notch company.
