The first times they came and did a good job with some small works. Then they came to do a larger work and the employee who showed up complained continuously about the owner. Before the employee began the work for setting up a connection to an old well I told the employee to NOT do the other work connected with running a line from the old well to the outside of the barn until he made sure the well was functioning. He completely ignored my instructions and then when he couldn't get the well to function the owner came out the next day and inspected the well and said it didn't work. I pointed out to him that I had told his employee to NOT do the other work, he ignored me. Then the owner wanted to be paid and we protested paying for work that they were told not to do. Ignored our protest and threatened with collection. We had asked them by email to come and at least hook up the useless water line to the water supply and then we would be happy to pay, no common decency on their part. There are other companies so choose one of them!

We are extremely satisfied with the fast service. Vonk's mechanic, Raymond, is a professional. He has installed a new central heating boiler. All in all, we are 100% satisfied.

I had Vonk Service & Onderhoud visit for a defective heat pump. Vonk has made a service request for this with the manufacturer Nibe. Only Vonk refuses to give prices of the equipment, hourly rate, call-out charges etc. They indicate that you will see this invoice later. After having contacted Nibe, Nibe indicates that a cost estimate is indeed given in advance and that this must also be discussed with the customer in advance. This was indicated again to Vonk, they only refuse to give the prices and give the option to cancel the service order or to continue the order without giving prices for it. This is simply pure fraud.

Very unprofessional company, after a boiler failure they refuse to resolve the complaint properly. After several times on the phone you are snapped at and threatened with extra costs if they have to come to you. Their first technician could not solve the problem so it must be the thermostat. After installing another thermostat the same problem, but they do not want to admit their mistakes and in the end you are accused of the boiler breaking down so that their mistakes can be shifted onto you. 1000% regret that I ever did business with this company.

The 5-star review Sjef below seems to be the owner of the place. Don't trust your boiler to these guys - they will make it unhappy, it will leak, rattle or just wobble - after a service. One of their advice would be - you should buy a new boiler. So find someone else. Six years later - in 2023, my boiler still works perfectly, despite their "advice" - after someone else repaired the damage they caused.
