Just had the worst experience I have ever known with a household service company in the Netherlands. Spent the whole week (Mon-Fri) trying to contact them about plumbing issues via email and phone. No response to email. On the phone, they just said they'll try to find my email and get back to me. They never did. I called one final time on Saturday, and got through to the owner. He was extremely rude to me and hung up. I called him again and demanded proper communication. He said that he cannot help me because I don't have a contract with them and they only help people with contracts on weekends, and that I should contact them Monday to Friday. What the hell?!?! I spent ALL week trying to contact them Monday to Friday, then they tell me on Saturday they can't help because I have to contact them Monday to Friday. Absolutely terrible service. I've used this company twice previously, so I am a paying customer. And this is how they treat their customers. Horrible experience.

While repairing a T-joint in the sewer line under my house, the technicians damaged the adjacent T-joint. They initially claimed the new leak was coming from the toilet, which had been replaced last year, and that it might need to be removed completely. Then another technician came and discovered that the T-joint had broken during the repair. It was eventually replaced, after which I received a bill for the entire job, which was €1800. The second repair and the additional visit were fully charged, costing 1.5 times more than replacing the first T-joint. I am extremely dissatisfied and strongly advise against using this company. They also don't work with quotes and can take as long as they want to complete the job and charge as much as they want.

After a long search, I ended up at Haitsma for a problem with our heat pump. What luck! Super, mega content with the good and fast service. Very reliable and good. I will be a customer for the rest of my life.

This company comes by, leaves within 5 minutes of inspecting what is going on and sends a bill for €130!! €70.25 installation costs while only a shower drain has been opened... really bizarre! I do NOT recommend this company!
