In 2019, AWS installed a heat pump for me. The quotation stated a coefficient of performance of 4.56, which means that 1.00 kWh of electricity must produce 4.56 kWh of heat. However, the quoted 4.56 turned out to be 1.90. My electricity consumption for the heat pump became 9,000 kWh, while I had assumed approximately 3,600 kWh. Damage due to too much electricity: more than 3,000 euros over 3 years. I have submitted the unfulfilled performance to the Disputes Committee. It became a lengthy procedure that lasted almost 3 years. AWS even asked for a list of daily indoor temperatures in my home (!) and my gas usage, which had nothing to do with it. The heat pump was installed to supplement the existing gas central heating boiler. So a hybrid system. The Disputes Committee agreed with me and demanded that AWS restore the installation to its old state. My purchase costs were refunded and the heat pump was dismantled and removed. And my existing gas central heating boiler would work as a solitary again and be returned to its original state. After reporting a malfunction to AWS some time later, the response was simply: "We cannot handle this malfunction", even though I had been a customer for a very long time. So if you contact the judge or dispute committee because AWS does not fulfill a contractual agreement, and you win the lawsuit, AWS will remove you from its customer base. So AWS can't handle her rightful loss and literally left me out in the cold! In short: I wouldn't do business with AWS if I were you!

Worthless company, don't buy an installation here. If the installation shows defects over time (excessive consumption) then it is indicated that they are not accepting new customers for maintenance. Then you just have to figure it out!

Been a customer for years, but without a contract.. I want to make another appointment for boiler maintenance, I don't get a call back and after days I call again, they say that they will not make an appointment and that there will only be a spot for me after 6 months . I don't have a contract... Ridiculous! All paying customers are the same, right? You are welcome! That I have been a customer of yours for years

The company is not able to put a very simple setting on an EVO-home system. If you indicate that you can achieve the correct setting via Honeywell within 20 minutes, the company will come around the corner and say that there is no guarantee whatsoever. In addition, they were not willing to give anything back to us in any way. She wanted to come down, but again there were costs involved. So no service whatsoever. And to top it all off, after many emails back and forth, I was threatened with paying the bill. On behalf of legal aid, they have gone too far by not having a solution-oriented attitude and threatening the client. We are working to get our money back for services not provided. All I can say is that this company has a money hungry and unprofessional attitude towards customers. I would google further for a better company that is willing to think along and is above all solution-oriented!

4 years ago I wrote a 2 star review about this company. Installed heating in my home for tens of thousands of euros with problems that they did not want to solve for a normal amount. After five years of leakage in the central heating system above the ceiling (pipe apart). I am told by the contractor that they no longer want to do business because something happened earlier. In short, because they received a negative review earlier, they now no longer want to do business for their own installation. Very professional, not to mention the question of whether it is normal for a central heating pipe to sag five years after installation, resulting in water (and gases?) leaking. But this remains a bit unclear now that people no longer want to do business with me and come to take a look. Seems like a good decision to me actually. I'll get another professional company to come... UPDATE! Another professional central heating company has now arrived. Together with this company, we found that AWS had not laid the pipes in a slope. They said they had not seen this in fifteen years and according to them this was life-threatening. What was worse was that the exhaust in the chimney WAS NOT EVEN CONNECTED to the exhaust part to the roof! Dangerous flue gases have been flowing into the house through a duct above my bathroom ceiling for years. Pipe was not connected. Approached AWS again and guess what? Deny any responsibility. Can get 100 euros from them for a brace. They can keep them. I advised them to spend that on a course for their staff. Very dangerous!
