Complaint was submitted by email on Friday about the loss of heat. This morning I received a call that the technician would come by before 4:30 PM. No one saw it, this is yet another complaint, housing refuses to install a new one (18 years old), misery again and again, we have already visited 21 times, everything has now been replaced in that K.T boiler. I'm done with them, I don't get them anymore. Call Stedelink and tell them I'm going to rent one from Eneco...they'll just sort it out. This winter I spent 11 days in the cold as a disabled person. A shame, look at how they treat people...

Worthless company starts when you call them very long waiting times yesterday again 45 minutes before it's your turn. For my malfunction in 5 months already 4x engineer been and still not resolved. Last appointment made for my mother of 86 and due to miscommunication already 2 months later and still no one has been always in the cold where heating in the hall does not work called again frustrating is also that you have to wait so long..... Ps there is 1 engineer who has been there more often in the past years does his best and friendly unfortunately he can't resolve it either.

Really incredibly unprofessional company. Unfortunately, this is the company my landlords use. Today, for the second time in a month, I waited an entire day for a mechanic who didn't show up. And that was for an emergency case of carbon monoxide. They can't give a shorter time indication than between 08:00 and 17:00 in advance, so you are obliged to wait at home the entire day. Then they also lie about having contacted me by phone. Only excuses about waiting for parts, only to hear from mechanics that they don't need the parts. Because the previous mechanic made a mistake. In the meantime, I have been without hot water/heating for 2 to 3 weeks in a span of one and a half months. I have had 4 different mechanics at my home and I am still missing a part for my central heating boiler. And now I also have a carbon monoxide alarm going off. The “24 hours open” is also total nonsense. They do not keep their appointments but are also not reachable after 5:00 PM. Very strange to claim to be available 24 hours but not to show up when there is a report of carbon monoxide. All in all. Incapable of keeping appointments. Lies and excuses. The 1 star is because 0 stars is not possible.
