Today an error 4F on our Netfit Ketel. Roy Gulpen depicted. I was instructed by telephone to press reset. Didn't solve the problem. An employee was sent and he arrived quickly. The employee then replaced sensors and repaired a pipe with a hole without my permission and without informing me of the expected costs. He then wanted to charge about 300 euros. I refused that. He then removed the new sensors and was angry. I told him that he should have informed me in advance what needed to be repaired and how much it would cost. He didn't. I called the boss, complained, he said that I still had to pay for the charges and that the service contract had expired. Strange, the conditions state that the service contract will be tacitly extended for 1 year if it is not canceled. I never canceled it. I pay nothing and switch to another reputable company.

Snelle service. Gisteren geen warm water, nu net direct onderdeel vervangen en waarschijnlijk ook nog onder garantie. Complimenten voor 24 uurs service.

Appointment for maintenance of gas boiler today. I have a maintenance contract. Last year as agreed €99.50. I asked the mechanic for the amount to be paid... now a year later, without any notification, €128.50. In addition, broken gaskets and leakage (?). Unbelievable, sorry. I objected to an almost 30% increase, without being informed about this. After consultation with Mr. Gulpen, the mechanic did not carry out any further maintenance. I was supposed to be called by the boss himself. Too bad... no response from the boss. I think that if price increases are on the agenda, the consumer should be informed about this in time and should be given the choice to continue the agreement. And an increase of almost 30%, without any information, is disproportionate. Because Roy Gulpen does not respond, I am going to look for another company that does respect the consumer. Take advantage of it.

Our boiler unexpectedly broke down, and I was scheduled for surgery two days later. I contacted Gasservice Roy Gulpen, explained the situation, and, as always, we received professional and efficient assistance. Even afterward, a leak in the water pipe was discovered, and Roy Gulpen was immediately on-site to resolve the issue very efficiently. He worked very efficiently to ease our workload, as I was scheduled for surgery two days later. Despite the company's busy schedule and the late hour, they didn't let us down.
