Arrogant! I am very surprised because my girlfriend has to pay 137.50 euros for the first service, while it was stated at the time of sale that the first year of maintenance is free. When I call about it, the lady obviously doesn't understand anything. If I then say that they need to communicate more clearly during sales, then I am of course the first to have this problem. I find that strange because in my experience I have never made a decision about a maintenance contract, if only because I do not know the conditions and costs at all. If I apologize because it is apparently entirely my fault, but that this will be the last time, she is completely fine with that. The reality, of course, is that they use a trick to attract maintenance. This lady knows that very well. So it is better to sneakily attract a customer to you than communicate openly and transparently. That doesn't create trust, but that's not what she wants. Technically it will all be quite fine, but in my opinion this way of doing business is not worth more than 1 star.

During the last maintenance, a leak was caused by the mechanic. That can happen. But the handling of the complaint was dramatic. Denial, delay, withholding. I was kept on a string for more than two months. I find it unimaginable that I am treated this way after 25 years as a customer. Kroes apparently doesn't need customers, so better find another maintenance company. And the answer below doesn't change that. You see how our complaint is dismissed. If it is leaking, you must act immediately (ceiling was soaked) and not wait until the technician returns from vacation and can come and LOOK AT IT.

What a bad company. If you want a friendly pat on your boiler and have a service contract, they are the friendliest. But if, after you have been a customer for more than 15 years, there is a real problem, they literally and figuratively leave you out in the cold. Do not!!
