Wow.. I really have no words for this company and especially for the wife of the man who does the hard work. The woman calls us to make appointments or with questions, but she should really take a socialism course because what a terribly unsocial person she is. The woman calls me this morning to tell me that the boiler needs to be cleaned again and that it has already been a year. (logical call) then I tell her because of a problem with my CV, that I went to someone else to solve that problem at the time and that we no longer want to be helped through verdoes. The woman completely freaked him out on the phone and asked for explanation, which I gave calmly and explained the situation. I was told on the phone that it was our fault and that she thought it was very strange that her husband could not solve it at the time. While the best man even let us sit on several appointments and tried a few things, but it cost us more money to solve the problem. but she didn't want to hear that either. She then said that we were NEVER allowed to become customers again and that she would put this in the system. This woman is crazy 😂 and really not a sales picture for this company. The man who does the work can also be jerky, but he always tries to do his job (the last few times) we had the feeling that he was just trying things instead of solving them. The second opinion/company found the problem in one go and after 3 months without hot water I suddenly had hot water. After this review. I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, mainly because of the woman who communicates over the telephone. She really is the WORST in the entire company and this company could be destroyed because of her. She is not understanding, very rude, antisocial on the phone, doesn't listen to what you say. Really just yuck. After she finally shouted on the phone, you can never become a customer again. I was somehow happy too!

Craftsman. Well installed the hot water boiler for me. It is an old apartment that I live in, so there were quite a few obstacles, but Gerard was able to solve them for me.
